Dinner from the garden, as the final harvest happened today. 🍽️🍜 🌱for homegrown Potatoes🌱 with butter and chives🌱 Roasted carrots🌱with rosemary🌱salt and pepper Swiss chard🌱 with shallots Local steak Not pictured, roasted crispy Swiss chard🌱 as well
Grilled Ceaser Salad with a neighbor's plum tomatoes, gorgonzola crumbles and croutons I made from a Brioche bun I found in the freezer. Plus the return of Cocktail Dog. That's a Manhattan made by the lady rocking the scooter. 🍽️🍜 #BBQmunity
Green from the garden for two different applications. Fried green tomatoes (to go on po’boys with bacon and pimento cheese for dinner tonight, why not), and herbs for some turkey breakfast sausage hash for my mom this week. 🌱🍽️🍜
Dinner tonight: We had homemade focaccia with onions, sage, and Parmesan, with salami, cheese, peppers, and olives (and an olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper dipping sauce). Rosé for me and IPA for him. 🍜🍽️
