My fellow #Astrophotography#IC434#horsehead nebula, it wasn’t very good. Some years later I captured about 30mins of Ha data with an Atikone and used the 1000d date for the colour

IC434 the Horsehead nebula taken with a Canon 1000d. There is not much detail as an unmodified dslr is not very sensitive to red light emitted by Hydrogen Alpha

They were all taken from my back garden with various telescopes, different filters and my Atikone monochrome astronomy camera. The individual monochrome images were then stacked together per filter using AstroPixelProcessor. Each colour image was created by assigning each filter to Red,Green or Blue
