I am a scientist myself, not in medicine, but I did, y'know, write papers, assess data etc. First off, The National Review and Reddit (wtf?) are not good sources of unbiased discussion. Second, there are so many tangents (the IOC? What does that have to do with anything?) that it's... incoherent.

I would love to do a comparison someday of what Schwabe saw One Medicine as versus where we’ve ended up. I think it probably aligned much more closely with the rest of global public health today
