7. Francesca Ekwuyasi, BUTTER HONEY PIG BREAD. Nigerian-Canadian story of intergenerational trauma and so much delicious food. I think this is my first #PrideReads without Akwaeke Emezi but at least I got an ogbanje story in somehow

Finished the Adam Binder trilogy by David R. Slayton, with the last book, called Deadbeat Druid. Overall a nice series, but not quite for me. Andrew Joseph White has officially become one of my favorite authors. Previously having read the amazing Hell Followed with Us, I picked up another one, called The Spirit Bares its Teeth. Incredible gothic horror tale, set in 1883 London. IYKYK. | #pridereads#lgbtbooks | 💙📚 BookSky BookBlog
