Ranitomeya imitator! 🌟
A Uakari poison frog (Ranitomeya uakarii) from last week along the the Rio Tahuayo drainage, SE of Iquitos, Peru. The males carry the tadpoles on their backs, climbing trees to bromeliad refugia and depositing them in water reservoirs among the leaves. Adults fit on your thumbnail 🐸#herps
Hallo! Futter? Wie wär’s? Fuuutteeeer! Jetzt!
Let's take a moment to enjoy this precious tiny frog tummy. This is my ranitomeya sirensis Highland and its about the size of your thumb nail. ( poison dart frogs are not poisonous in captivity. )🐸❤️
