Out of consideration for blind and low-vision readers here, please check the "reminder to add alt-text" box in your accessibility settings. You can copy/past text right there their devices to read out loud to them.
Settings > Accessibility > Alt Text. It’s ez.
Sadly, terrible for accessibility / screen-reader users :-/ We really need legislation in our various countries to stop this crap
To POST ALT Text - upload your image, then CLICK it - a space appears and you type your text there. Simple. Set it up as a default in your Settings, that way you never have to think about it: settings > accessibility > require alt-text for images.
Well, this is gonna suck... Despite the fact I KNOW I put in my disability details, my registration for @confuzzled.org.uk wasn't submitted as part of the accessibility lottery for some reason, meaning I now face the proposition of needing an accessible room but it not being likely I get one 😫
There is a difficulty setting that completely disables damage, and iirc BioWare said they would be doing an accessibility showcase sometime near release!!
