Just came back to this... I also am an atheist verging on antitheist, and getting mad at this is EXACTLY the same thing as them getting mad at "happy holidays". As well fly off the handle at "Drive safe".

I think you're trying to tell me that my religion is okay so that I'll tell you that you're an okay antitheist. But that's not going to happen, because even if you're telling the truth you're still promoting a stereotype against a group which includes many progressive and marginalized religions.
I'm an atheist bordering on antitheist most of the time and someone saying "have a blessed night" is just part of the background noise where I'm at lmao, like this is such a harmless part of the cultural fabric that it bears no mention. Just say "good night" or "you too" and keep it pushing lmao
