Oh man. I just ground a batch espresso beans we had lying around for like 8 months and started a batch of cold brew concentrate in my French press. Then I scrolled the page I got the ratios from for the cold brew and found this recipe and I am so making this:

The To Go convenience store and gas station in Paramus, NJ has an automatic espresso machine that grinds the coffee beans for you and nitro cold brew on tap so that's pretty neat Its not the BEST gas station in New Jersey but its a cool feature

yesterday I weeded the carrot patch, cleared a bed for autumn onions, mucked the ducks out, picked all the ripe runner beans (1/2 for us & 1/2 to our community kitchen), picked carlin peas & all ripe tomatoes, stacked about a tonne of firewood & yet I still have an internal narrative that i'm lazy
