It is terrifying to me that there are the antivax movement has led some people to stop vaccinating their dogs for rabies - a disease that is 100% fatal. Right now in southern MN there have been cases of rabid skunks infecting cattle. How long before a family pet becomes infected?
But also: I work from home, and my neighbors across the street have dogs and do not. So I can make sure we have each other’s numbers and if there’s a crisis, I can get their dogs to safety so they don’t have to worry.

Also went to a very early showing of Reservoir Dogs at 11am on the first day of the Cambridge Film Festival in the summer of 1992. 6 people in the audience with no idea of what we were about to see. 1 walked out. The rest of us stumbled out into the summer sun shell-shocked. Awesome
Molly is my only Foster cat I've ever had but I've had five cats and a few dogs. I was pretty sick for a few years so I didn't want to take on any pets until anyone was going to be okay. I just feel bad for her that's all. She doesn't understand and misses her mom.
I love them but when they fish at night and loudly splash and clear their snouts, my dogs bark. Really wish the dogs would get over it. 😣🦭
