Why is it either/or? Why can't you be angry about the lack of action by world leaders AND at the fact some think ruining art is the way to fix it? You think soup on art is going to change minds? I certainly don't.
Same here, but in Canada. Last week I went to a hospital emergency room with a suspected detached retina (it wasn’t but there was a small retinal tear). And though it was deemed not critical, two days later I was having laser surgery to fix the tear. All I paid for was the Uber there and back.
Every once in a while I will say on here, ya, probably too complex an issue for social media. And then I see folks tweeting about how to fix governance in Lebanon.
And given how *much* of it there is to fix, some of it will take months. Concerned for friends, mucking out & making do in hard-hit area near Asheville, no power but updating in short bursts of connectivity
