I did it routinely for a couple years during and after my herbalism course, as an anti-inflammatory for my parents' arthritis. It doesn't fuck up your stomach lining like the pills do! I don't think I have it in me to also make the tinctures I used to blend it with, but meadowsweet alone will work.
