Fun fact: at the 1924 Paris Olympics the US rowing coach, horrified by the Olympic Village food (dry oranges, scanty butter), booked the team into a private hotel/restaurant. The proud lady chef served a 24 lobster platter as a 4th July treat which he refused due to 'indigestion risk' #histsport
