Me, having received the Langlitz catalog and finally seeing their prices: oh

...and thereby so many artists end up getting the quilted patterning so wrong and make the sections super tiny for some reason? Anyway, for those that want to steal the exact look, it's a Langlitz padded pocket Columbia And the pants are competition breeches...

I agree with @sprkplgtcklhmp.bsky.social. Rather than chaps, think about a pair of leather breeches, or leather pants. I get more wear out of those than my chaps. And I love Langlitz for their iconic looks and quality. Make a trip and get measured for the best fit.

Well. There are so many options. Maybe start by calling Langlitz Leather in Portland OR. Mr Langlitz originated what we think of as a motorcycle cop leather jacket. And there is a lot more to see that he originated, too.

fyi: Langlitz ist der Name einer US-amerikanischen Ledermanufaktur, die für hochwertige Motorradbekleidung bekannt ist und quasi das Nonplusultra in Lederfetisch-Kreisen ist. Einige sind der Meinung, dass man erst mit Langlitz wirklich Leatherman wird bzw. in den BLUF aufgenommen werden sollte.

Finde es teilweise echt krass, wie spezifisch manche Kinks sind. Sowas wie „Nur Nike Sportswear“ oder „Nur Adidas Sportswear“ verstehe ich noch, weil damit ja auch ein spezifisches/r Bild/Charakter des Trägers assoziiert wird. Aber „Nur Langlitz“? Bin ich Krösus? Und so viel sieht quasi gleich aus.
