Ok, I will rephrase: there was no damage to the painting at all.

Decided to prepare a months worth of painting in advance, madness? Maybe, I usually avoid having too much in front of me because it’s not very motivating. I’ve the last bits for Xenos Rampant, some Spanish Guerillas and a pair of Snakemen. Quite an eclectic assortment! #nerdlings#wargaming

Tomb Kings, Warriors of Chaos and Dwarves should reward quick-painting techniques. Whether its drybrushing or using Contrast/speed paints and the like, there's room to have those armies get setup on the board very quickly. Bretonnia will need a lot of patience. Orcs&Goblins shouldn't be too bad.

Jumpscared by this offbrand Amy Schumer/Tori Amos hybrid homunculus because for a second I thought Shou Tucker was in the house somewhere

A painting by George W Bush of a possibly femme type person . It is very bad, both technically and artistically and it is impossible for me to tell who it’s supposed to be. It has red hair with orange highlights, face that is possibly shaded, but makes it look kind of sunken in and green eyes that match her green shirt. She truly looks as if he was trying to paint Amy Schumer, but then changed midstream because her face was too narrow and tried to do Tori Amos, and neither of those concepts succeeded.

I’ve been encouraging myself to write my thoughts in connection to my art again. Some of my old blurbs show a stark clarity in my self perception during those moments, at times even spilling into the present. I’m glad I wrote this, but it wasn’t fun to read. Maladaptive Daydreamer - 2020

Watercolor painting of two glowing red poppies against a white page. The following passage is written on the page:

Maladaptive Daydreamer

In my memories....
There are fragments of emotion rarely felt and places rarely visited
I search and duydream and try to remember with clarity things that were fleeting.

The present slips away
along with new memones that could have formed.

When you back a man into a corner where his only possible option is to throw soup at a famous painting, you can't act surprised when he does in fact throw soup at the painting.

Rowena Fischer Meeks Abdy (1887 – 1945) was an American modernist painter. She primarily painted landscapes and worked in Northern California. This is "Decoration: Wild Geese", c. 1925.

A grayscale photograph of Rowena Meeks Abdy as she works on a painting of geese. She holds a paintbrush and palette, focusing on her canvas, but distracted to look at the camera.
A landscape painting by Rowena Meeks Abdy titled Decoration - Wild Geese. It features a serene scene by a riverbank with a couple of geese in the foreground, contemplating the lake scene. More birds are swimming in the background, with trees and hills in the distance. The colors are soft, with natural greens, browns, and blues.
