Tomb Kings, Warriors of Chaos and Dwarves should reward quick-painting techniques. Whether its drybrushing or using Contrast/speed paints and the like, there's room to have those armies get setup on the board very quickly. Bretonnia will need a lot of patience. Orcs&Goblins shouldn't be too bad.
