Completely convincing and authentic-looking photographic insert from DIAL M FOR MURDER (1954) showing Alfred Hitchcock, Anthony Dawson (with cigar) and Ray Milland sitting at a table together.

The photograph is not convincing at all. The lighting on all three men is different, the scale is off, and there is a weird shimmering haze around Milland that makes it look as though he has just been beamed in from the Starship Enterprise.

Rowena Fischer Meeks Abdy (1887 – 1945) was an American modernist painter. She primarily painted landscapes and worked in Northern California. This is "Decoration: Wild Geese", c. 1925.

A grayscale photograph of Rowena Meeks Abdy as she works on a painting of geese. She holds a paintbrush and palette, focusing on her canvas, but distracted to look at the camera.
A landscape painting by Rowena Meeks Abdy titled Decoration - Wild Geese. It features a serene scene by a riverbank with a couple of geese in the foreground, contemplating the lake scene. More birds are swimming in the background, with trees and hills in the distance. The colors are soft, with natural greens, browns, and blues.
