Hi hello I'm drunk and I lost at Yarn Chicken today. I had other skeins of black yarn, but still. I was SO CLOSE. 🧶

That's actually how I feel about knitting!! It took me well over 20 years to even figure out how to cast on. I've been crocheting since I was about 7 so at this point it's second nature, but there are still so many other crafts that get me stumped.

A shawl!! I'm not sure if I'm gonna keep it as a triangle or if I'm going to eventually go the rectangle route, but it's gonna be a shawl once I'm done.

NOOOO I'm so sorry!!!! I'm just used to working with worsted weight and this is much thinner. That and some of the fibers that stick out keep getting caught with my hook and it messes up my stitch. I'll get it done eventually but it's a struggle. I hope you manage to fix your sleeve. 😭

This yarn, although pretty and very soft, is a nightmare to work with. Goddamn. 🧶

I NEVER UPDATED THIS. I finished the project!! I'm actually pretty proud of this considering I haven't made many wearable crochet items AND that I didn't use a pattern. 🧶
