4/ An update on the badly behaved pizza place downstairs: they've dug a hole in the sidewalk to plant another feather flag. They scraped a hole out at 9pm (neighbor confirmed it had not been there before) in the public sidewalk for this. The county code enforcement phone line 703-228-3232 is down.
