Thanks to Netflix, I'm watching the OG Avatar, The Last Airbender, writing a wrong. My first impression: The Great Divide gets a bad rep.

Placing in my bets now. New Pokemon game is Let's Go sequel + HgSs remake You still get Pikachu or Eevee but also get a buddy Togepi with higher stats and larger movepool. Because there's drop-in co-op where 2 v 1 battles, this Togepi (and Chikorita) will work as support 'mons.
