As far as I am aware there are no plans to sell off any parts of the NHS. Recognizing that the NHS is currently under resources and it will take time to add necessary resources Labour will sub contract a proportion of some services to private companies. Free at the point of delivery stays.

It will certainly take time if they don't put money into it and instead farm out the easy stuff to private hospitals at massive cost.
