this lawsuit is not about copyright but patents, and the two are not the same don't cheer for Nintendo. patenting game mechanics is bullshit and this could set a bad precedent for the game industry, especially indie devs

I see a lot of writers using AI art for their blog posts and promotional materials instead of paying real artists, using public domain stock images, or going without. That guarantees I'll never buy that person's stuff or boost the signal for them. You shouldn't either.
