It is unclear to me what has caused misogyny from the 1950's to make a resurgence, but I do still consider old-timey misogyny to be misogyny. 😅

Additionally, I trust that I do not need to clarify that referring to trans women as bitches, cunts, skanks, whores, trollops, dolls, broads, etc is something I consider to be transmisogynistic. "Doll" especially, as this is an affectionate word among trans women, not a general word for trans women.

I recognize that trust is an important component of a labeler which is why I do not label on a hunch. Still, I do not fault skepticism. However, everyone has opinions which often differ. I do not expect to be the only transphobia labeler on BlueSky forever. I also do not want to be. Thank you. 🧡

There seems to be some confusion about the intent of this labeler. My goal is to reduce the visibility of transphobia on BlueSky. As the name should suggest, every label is an opinion from me. I am one trans woman. I do not expect every opinion to be agreed with, but I am open to changing them.

The existence of trans friends does not negate transphobia. Please reflect on your actions.
