but also just to add, unlike many media based stereotypes, bts army actually has a very diverse, international and spread across age groups fandom. i remember seeing stats on twt once and most of the fans are similar to the singers in age so around in their 30s and many, many are older :)
id say its also increased coz very many of us joined bluesky in recent months, one of the bts fan accounts has over 38k followers now so the sheer number of bts army on bsky has increased... here is a mute list if needed: bsky.app/profile/army...
