I actually don't want a new show about another enterprise. I want to see the missing gaps that were too expensive with tech then to show onscreen

The federation during the lost era bent over backwards to please fascists over a very naive goal of being peaceful to the fault of being pushovers. They should have pushed on the caradasians harder

Then the government gets the say so, and I find relying on the government ft everything a frighting in position especially how the the greater federation gov treats some of their citizens

Yes but this new world of new utopia isn't unfair Picard gets this cool place because of generational wealth? While some just get apartments? There's a lot of stuff in earth society that doesn't really makes sense which is probably why we rarely go there
