Depression's a bitch.

Anyone else out there have days where you sit down to write and you just end up planning and brainstorming instead? I'm having difficulties focusing today because of life stuff and that lack of focus is no words written and just lots of thinking. #authors#writing#WIP

Anyone have tips for editing and revising so that you don't spiral out of control about how much you don't like certain parts? I'm trying not to completely rewrite things unless it really is just bad but the more I read the older stuff the worse it feels. Or is this just a me thing? #authors

Finished another chapter last week. Hoping to get more writing done later this week. Does the feeling of "wow this sucks" ever go away? I don't always feel that way about chapters but when I do it lingers... #authors#writing#writingcommunity

Currently have lots of energy and want to write but this thing called a day job says "No." Lol... Here's to hoping the energy is still there when I sit down to write later tonight.

That makes sense. I just never really thought about it and it popped into my head earlier. Not a problem I'll likely have for a long time. Lol
