Just had a scroll through some archived work Whatsapp groups from 2020. This was a mistake. (was looking for something specific that just happened to be in the groups that also had 2020 in them)
We could start by having professional regulation for management so those negligent are unable to continue to find work in the NHS. But accept that this 1) Requires a functional regulator (which seem to currently be lacking in healthcare) 2) Risks further efforts to coverup rather than candor
It then doesn't pick on the "shiny new toy" toxic habit of the NHS buying stuff and then going "what can we use this to do?" Oh, and the over-reliance on non-professional being sold those shiny new toys by snake oil sales folk. See the vast majority of AI tools. /25
P103 Tech. Some big misses in this section. It misses the disgraceful state of basic IT in the NHS. From servers that could get Heritage status, to ancient keyboards that have no letters, to computers that are so slow that they are a material loss of clinical time each day. /24
