fortnite has 2 drastic ways to nerf build mode i think 1. they limit builds on timer (ex: 3 builds for 10 seconds) 2. they lower mats again and/or weaken builds both of these make the game noob friendly and strategic imo. you're able to build in a gun fight, but you're not going to be spammy
