Cell phones in high school classrooms are computers being used often as part of the lesson to access material and work. I expect the ban to be largely ignored. The SK Party isn't going to fund education to put computers in classrooms!

There's a lot of rage farming being done by politicians, esp by one party. It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone that's leading to threats, violence and fewer people stepping up to run for a seat.
