Tenants living in Ballsbridge apartment ordered to pay €35,000 in rent arrears

Two tenants renting an apartment in Dublin 4 have been ordered by the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) to pay more than €35,000 in arrears.

In recent yrs, I & 1,000s of other rent paying tenants, found ourselves NO-FAULT evicted by cuckoo fund owners of our rental homes. These 2 ordered to pay €35,798 rent ARREARS; appealed; arrears now €56,254, STILL in property & blaming local authority for not rehousing them.

Thank God the little baby has been found safe & well, but I do have a question for @gardainfo @GardaTraffic. Has the CRI app been abandoned? It was not used today. #ChildRescueAlert#Dublin
