This is another case of someone somewhere utilizing semantics to adjust the truth. The common parlance for the conspiracy sheeple is "chemtrails" which is leaching into common usage. The correct term "vapor trails" is not something that raises hackles and so is falling out of the common vernacular.

Had a discussion about this recently. Basically went: "But the old trains last time it was nationalized were kinda grubby" my response: "But there were grubby trains actually arriving at grubby stations a lot more often and they were affordable grubby trains as well" I'm all for it!
