I'm glad this report recommended no turnstiles for YYC LRT. I noticed the Munich U-Bahn doesn't use them either. Some N.A. transit systems have more safety concerns because of more poverty and inequality. That's the difference between FPTP and proportional representation. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...
