Yep. I think a lot about "pinch" the concept I first learned from mobile game design that by making something inconvenient, you can charge people to make that inconvenience go away. And once you learn to spot pinch in all aspects of society, you can't unsee it.

A few years ago I was on a work trip to Connecticut and one of my coworkers took us to a pizza place in New Jersey. No idea where but we weren’t 100% sure that we weren’t going to be left in the woods somewhere. 😂 Pizza was worth it though.

I’m a wood fired fan. Here in Bellingham I love Ovn’s Maplesmith. A light béchamel, Granny Smith slices, maple bacon, ricotta and a maple glaze. My ultimate fave is the potato, bacon and chipotle at Freda’s in Camarillo and Westlake Village in Ventura, CA. And now I’m hungry.

I just have questions about why people are eating raw burritos. They know they’re supposed to at least heat the tortillas, right? (Yes, I know this isn’t the point.)
