Haitians are a RW proxy target for black and brown people in general. They can't make generalised attacks on black or brown cultures and they *know* it's wrong to do so but they've got an itch they can't scratch. So, it's BLM or Haitians or the next proxy that pops up and gains traction with MAGAs.
