Never had luck with blueberries, not sure if it’s the chalky soil / being very well drained that doesn’t help?

Need acidic soil to fruit well, so you wont manage on chalk. I mulch mine with pine needles and evergreen hedgeclippings (and i butcher the bay tree every year and use the leaves) which helps. And I add a BIT of vinegar to watering sometimes.
