Had Dale’s friend + toddler over yesterday, she was so cute. Same age as my nephew but he’s way bigger lol. I dug up 1 box of crayons and some paper and we had a lovely time colouring.

Reminds me why I don’t do it often!

Did a second round of frying today so my sister could take peanut-free fried dumplings for her boyfriend! My parents also wanted more, which must mean they liked them. I think frying reactivates the “grandma’s house” smell though.

Watching season 14 of ER and Abby’s storyline is sooo painful to watch!

Working on a bunch of Chinese new year treats! But most of the family is too sick to hang out tomorrow. Just for us I guess.

Tried to sleep in bed last night but got kicked out! Dale’s sick now too, guess no CNY get togethers for us.

I’ve been sick since late last week and I think it might be RSV - I can feel the crap in my lungs! Have been sleeping on the couch for a few days, so Dale and I can both get better rest.

I’m sick with a chesty cough and it sucks! I LOVE seeing my nephew but the school germs are crazy.
