Whenever you see how many infinite false-promising Android devices exist on Amazon or eBay, you'll know Avoid almost everyone who says they have "8 cores" until you can verify it externally, almost all of them are lying

That's where it's complicated, kinda based on your general technical knowledge. VLC exists for Android and has some for quite a few decades, but are you good at Android? Because there's infinite useful Android devices that play video. But, I can't fault Windows-based things for being, well, Windows.

It kinda depends on what you need it to do. You could do something like a Raspberry Pi for a lot of the kind of media streaming you do. But if you still want a "Windows" interface, there are "stick" PCs. And a lot in between. I guess it's just... questions of what you want it to be.

The ultimate modern-Internet coward move -- reply on Reddit, and immediately turn off reply notifications. If you wind up actually posting something appreciated, you get a "25+ people liked what you posted" notification. Otherwise, you got to say what you wanted, but not face the inevitable backlash

I don't know your context, but it is kinda funny that just recently I had to buy a motherboard in "Mini ITX" form factor, and had to spend about $300 on it. (Special situation.) I guess that small ones are just niche products in most cases, and it's cheaper to make the "large" ones
