Anecdotally, it changed my shopping behaviour. It has already been a thing in places I've lived. When I see a warning symbol I often leave it on the shelf and on things like soda I never buy the sugar version, which are marked with a deep red for high sugar.

As for the combat system, something I've noticed is D&D creators and fans have made endless content around making the combat better, speeding it up or 'fixing' it. Which to me sounds like many don't like the default combat. Ironic since it started as a wargame and it's the core of the game.
After reading it has left me kind of torn, because it's rumoured D&D will head towards a virtual tabletop with modules and an AI DM. As a DM I oppose it, but reading through the negatives in the article re: restrictiveness, brutal dice rolls and other hurdles an AI DM would get most of the way there
You will not find a single mention of Brexit in the article or other articles about ADHD and other vital medicine shortages. But you will find it listed in the government research paper about factors affecting drug supplies.
I understand there is a big creative community on bluesky, so the exposure to how AI is being used is different. But in other industries it is already successful, ubiquitous and used as an assistive tool. I would not be surprised if snippets of bskys codebase was generated by AI via Copilot.
