Had a fun morning comparing UK & USA population densities...
If the USA had the same number of people per square km as the UK, the population would surge from 335 million to 2.7 billion. An increase equlivent to a little over a quarter of the current population of the world.
If the UK had the same number of people per square km as the USA, the population would shrink from 67.5 million to just over 8 million. Less than the current population of London.
