There are subtle things too, like making it easier for people who are going to vote for your party more convenient and reliable resources to do so while giving communities that likely won't vote your way polling places that are hard to get to and have fewer machines, making people have to wait hours
I am not afraid because of polls. I'm afraid because after 2016, I became aware of so many ways RWers put their thumbs on the scale during elections from top to bottom and since 2020, the party has been getting people into positions to better do that. I am afraid of election day and beyond fuckery.
