With origami the biggest leg up you can have is being neurotically perfectionist I think.
Me either, lol. The curing time is the hardest part
I started with shibori! Not with real indigo, just navy dye, but it's a lot of fun. It was kind of an extension of origami at first, but I started really enjoying fiber art after playing around with it.
Everything I did today is really low technique, I just wanted to play with new colors for the most part. It's incredible seeing what other people make for sure, though. I just went out and spritzed everything to keep it damp overnight. At least 1 item is looking awesome already : )
Gorgeous 😍
The cracked tub was really cracked. My patio now has a big green/blue stain unfortunately
I will be sharing pictures tomorrow of how things turned out. It'll probably be around midday
Ooh nice!
I would have thought QVC was just dumb Christmas crap and bad jewelry if she hadn't had it playing basically my whole childhood. They get some cool shit!
My babysitter growing up would literally freeze her credit card in a bag of water so she'd stop drunk ordering QVC, lmao
