Read 1984 back in the days of cassettes and for whatever reason I just let Madonna’s Erotica album on auto loop on my Walkman. It oddly worked. To this day when I hear a song from that album my inner vision of the book come to mind. Don’t know if this is my best experience, just longest lasting

Left a job a few months that was so stressful I’ve been having survivor’s guilt bad dreams. Never work for someone with low self esteem, high perfectionism, and no sense of strategy. All they really wanted was for me to tell them how wonderful their idea I was going to have to build truly was.
