Fun facts: 1) The producers hated the song & didn’t use it in the film as planned, it only plays in the credits. 2) White supremacist David Duke used it in his election campaign, to Adam’s dismay.

And you don’t register with a particular party, everyone is handed the same ballot with every candidate on it. Nor do we vote directly for our prime minister no matter how many times the party leaders say they’re running to be PM!

I know people who are in both.

Most of the people I knew in that community were raised evangelical & looking to replace the support system they’d left. It IS a community, just one dominated by some bad people.

Like how when you hear “Christian” these days you think of… not Jesus, I get it.

This week maple MAGA were protesting outside the courthouse calling the federal government Marxist & Communist. I told the speaker to look up what those words mean & she called me a Liberal 😂

That’s how I identify now too. It identifies us by what we believe rather than what we don’t.
