Last night I got to play a story-telling game from indie publisher @deernicorn.bsky.social called BFF! It was so cute and fun, and with amazing art. We had a great time making up scenes and digging through the charm box for the perfect charms. I, of course, chose the tween that's into D&D...
We played The Fall of Magic by @deernicorn.bsky.social - it's a beautiful game on a scroll - and for some reason we kept talking about food. There was one especially disgusting dish: pork cooked with rose. Anyway I made it. It was delicious.
I finally got to play Fedora Noir today after backing the kickstarter and having it in plastic wrap forโฆyears?? And it was everything Iโd hoped and dreamed. I LOVED it. No prep, no GM, we played in ~3 hrs cause weโre slow. (Itโs distributed by @deernicorn.bsky.social if youโre looking for it now.)
