Because I think spam/bot accounts say DM a lot. You’d think a trillion dollar company would have a system in place that can detect a human vs a bot.

Someone stole my photo on Instagram and I left a comment saying “DM” to check their messages so we can handle it instead of me blasting them in the comments and I got penalized for it. What is even happening at this point?
