This sounds silly, but it has helped with my BPD. I close my eyes and visualize my inner child, me as a kid, and then I tell that kid they are worthy of love and that everything is OK, and I hug them.
you can dislike someone without needing to paint them as ontologically evil. sometimes a person annoys you & that’s okay. you never have to rhetorically justify why you don’t want to be around someone. block & move on with your life. trying to destroy someone online over a grudge is unhealthy.
