I rolled my ankle in college - a grade 3 sprain. I tore every ligament on the outside of my left foot. The docs had to cut my shoe off and it looked like a black basketball once it was free. I was in a cast for 6 weeks and it hasn't been the same since. Still climbed kilimanjaro though. ;-)

Ouch. Awesome though. Yeah never let an injury define you. Gotta live above them, no matter how hard or painful.
