Today I will mostly be analysing focus group transcripts. We got a really great mix of GPs, physios and the odd OT talking MSK pain in children & young people and the spread of opinion and experience has been fascinating.

I've been shocked at the reduction of utility over on the dead bird and all this stuff with Musk and politics has been awful. I'm glad to see people mobilising away from it all, and Bluesky seems like a very good fit for a replacement.

2nd First Name Paper came from my PhD: Diagnostic delay in axial spondyloarthritis: a systematic review (DOI doi.org/10.1007/s100...). Showed diagnostic delay in axSpA ranging globally from 2-8 years, unaffected overall by gender or family history (I do discuss this because I know it sounds odd).
