Amazing wrap up to our 300 level Microbiology class today! Ian Dickie has our students pick microbial or fermented foods to teach us about and he brings them in to class! Highlights were nato, lambic, Nobel rot, and blue cheese :) very fun day! #MicrobesRule#MicroUC#NZLabLife
