All three of these are great watches if you are a fan of the Isekai Anime genre. Jobless Reincarnation was quite a journey. Wonderful visuals and character depth. Reincarnated as a slime is great if you love over-the-top fun. At least watch the first season of Shield Hero if you like revenge porn.
Since you mentioned you had Hulu two new series that dropped this year, I consider a must watch are Summertime Rendering and Tengoku-Daimakyo. Both are Hulu exclusives. And if you don't have crunchyroll yet, you can also watch Zom 100: Bucketlist of the Dead, which just started and is ongoing.
