In France, the left coalition comes in first, Macron second, the far-right third. The best way to defeat fascism is not centrism, it’s a strong left.

New today from Reckoning 8, a wonderful, mural-style artwork by Amuri Morris, "Shelton Johnson Calls" celebrating the great African American park ranger and his influence on Black kids everywhere. This is meant to be viewed big! Please click through: reckoning.press/shelton-john...

A mural-style atwork in which Shelton Johnson, the great African American park ranger famous for his efforts at outreach to the Black community, plays a flute in the lower right, while four Black children, hearing the call, get excited and run through their neighborhood past a stop sign and a corner bodega to find him.
