There's a fixed cost to go through the design process for any community. We paid it for this community, creating an asset of messages that's now available. We'd love to see someone take the asset & create value with it by doing the marginal-cost work of marketing & distribution here or elsewhere.

Loved working with community leaders & scholars from psychology, health, music education, family social science, child development to make this happen. Mobile parenting supports like Text4Baby & ParentPowered have shown great results but their designs exclude many parents. Audio better for some.

U.S. employees record-high job security for extends per new #JOLTS data. The smallest share of employees fired in a month was 1.1% in the 229 months of pre-pandemic data, happened in 2% of months. Share = 1.3% in Dec 2020. Since Jan'21, firing rate = or under 1.1% in 97% of months, all but 1.
